چکیده
Objective To describe typical clinical presentation of patients with microfistular, capillary-venule (CV) malformation as a variant form arteriovenous malformations (AVM). Methods A retrospective analysis 15 CV-AVM confirmed by computational flow model enrolled in prospective database congenital vascular between January 2008 and May 2018. Results The mean age the at first time was 30 years balanced sex ratio. Presentation dominated soft tissue hypertrophy (n = 12 [80.0%]) atypical varicose veins 11 [73.3%]). anatomic location enlarged gave no uniform pattern did not correspond picture primary vein disease. Most often, symptomatic found lower extremities this series unselected patients. most frequent compartment affected subcutis 14 [93.3%]), involvement muscle recorded one-third cutis one-fourth Conclusions high grade suspicion is needed to recognize prevent inadequate therapy owing missed diagnosis.

Huge Arteriovenous Malformation of Upper Lip- A Case Report
Introduction: Arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) are uncommon vascular lesions that can arise in any part of the body. Case Report: In this case study, we presented a huge AVM of the upper lip in a 70-year-old man that he noticed since 5years ago with slow growth in this period. Computed tomography angiography revealed a large AVM with feeders from the right...

Capillary malformation-arteriovenous malformation syndrome is a rare type of vascular malformation first described in 2003. It is an autosomal dominant inherited disorder that has been reported in association with heterozygous mutations in the RASA1 gene, which encodes the protein RASp21. The clinical picture is characterized by multiple small capillary malformations which are associated with e...
متن کاملRare malformation of glans penis: arteriovenous malformation.
Pediatric glans penis malformations, especially arteriovenous malformations (AVM), are very rare. Herein, we report two rare cases. A 14-year-old boy attended our outpatient clinic with chief complaints of purple swelling and rapidly growing lesion on the glans penis. The lesion was excised surgically after physical and radiological evaluations. Pathology reported AVM and the patient is being f...

Capillary malformation (CM), or "port-wine stain," is a common cutaneous vascular anomaly that initially appears as a red macular stain that darkens over years. CM also occurs in several combined vascular anomalies that exhibit hypertrophy, such as Sturge-Weber syndrome, Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome, and Parkes Weber syndrome. Occasional familial segregation of CM suggests that there is genetic s...

AIMS Orbital arteriovenous malformations (OAVM) are rare, mostly described with high flow characteristics. Two cases are reported with an OAVM of distinct haemodynamic abnormality. The clinical, angiographic features, and the management considerations are discussed. METHODS Case review of two patients with dural AVM (DAVM) who presented to referral neuro-ophthalmology and endovascular service...
